Shipping Info (We will be on Holidays from July 8th to the 16th)

Please note that shipping could be delayed.  Canada post is experiencing delays.  Their 1-2 day service can take up to 7 days.
Shipping is based on total weight and size of your order as well as the distance to the postal code of the final destination.  A minimum shipping charge of $9.95 will apply to all orders.
We ship our products with Canada Post.  Shipping will be calculated and added to your total check-out cost when your order is processed.  All in-stock product orders received before noon Mon- Thurs can be shipped the same day.  Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped on the next Monday  Shipping days are Monday thru Thursday  
All shipments are dependent on credit approval, stock availibility and delivery conditions.
Our Customer Service Department will notify you of any items that are back-ordered.
Express Shipping is available at an additional cost.
A Credit card number and minimal personal information is required for all on-line, fax and phone orders.  Your card will be charged when the order is processed.
If you have received the incorrect product, or are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it -at your shipping expense-within 15 days of the shipping date for a refund or credit.  If a product is defective, it can be returned for the same product from our inventory stock or you may be issued a store credit of the product value, minus the shipping cost.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at (705) 772-7455 for a Return Authorization Number and include a copy of your original invoice as well as a reason for the return. A re-stocking charge of 15% may apply.
Remember that shipping cost for the return is the Customers responsibility.
